A commercial solar loan from Solar Collective, similar to a mortgage with no down payment, that enables you to purchase the solar system at no upfront cost.
PPA
Power Purchase Agreement
Long-term agreement in which Solar Collective owns and operates the solar system. You purchase electricity from us at a predetermined, discounted rate.
EPC & Developer Product Suite
We work with project developers and EPC’s to efficiently move their projects through the development and construction phases. We purchase early-stage projects and provide capital in all phases of development and construction.
Agri-Solar Product Suite
We utilize USDA Grants and local incentives to build a solar project that you own. Our “dual-use” designs can take up as little as 1 acre of farmland and never more than 3 acres. Your farm, your project.
